Already in its fifth year, the Copernicus Masters received more than 200 submissions from almost 50 different countries. This year's entries offer an exciting glimpse into the future of Copernicus services along the entire value chain. Myriad fields stand to profit from the advances of the Copernicus programme including an array of industries and areas of public interest. Many thanks go out to all participants and partners for their dedicated support helping to make the 2015 edition a great success. We proudly present this year's outstanding award-winners!
The Winners
Since 2011 more than 700 participants submitted their innovative solution for business and society based on Earth observation to the Copernicus Masters. Many of the ideas submitted in previous years have been implemented and successfully launched into the market. Within the last five years 40 winners have been awarded within the competition.
This year's winners have been announced as part of a festive awards ceremony on 20 October 2015 in Berlin, Germany.
