Main activities and responsibilities
Overall manager of INBIOM secretariat together with Knud Tybirk. Management of projects based on the development and commercialization of new knowledge and technology within the biomass related sectors.
Management and administration of the INBIOM budget of 30 mill. DKK. Strategic development of INBIOM as a cluster including building up partnerships with international, national and regional stakeholders. Company and partner dialogue, knowledge dissemination, matchmaking, internationalisation, innovation- and entrepreneur activities are part of the day to day work.
Project management of concrete demonstration projects including the highly profiled 20 mill. DKK biodiesel projects B5Next where 5% biodiesel from animal fat (FAME) was blended with traditional fossil fuel and introduced to all diesel customers within the restricted area of Aarhus (Second largest city in Denmark).
Generally involved in development of enterprises resident in Agro Business Park or related to the biomass sector in general. In charge for biomass investments in terms of Agro Business Innovation.

In house project manager of the B2Fair project, another high profile b2b matchmaking project, which consists of 4 matchmaking events in Europe in 2007 and 2008 for the industrial sectors.
Management of projects includes planning, development and implementation of a wide range of activities for SME’s as well as the financial management, budgeting and reporting of the projects – both in house and externally for all partners in the consortiums. Majority of the work is done closely with European partners and I have built up a strong network of contacts in the European Union.
The current management of the PAVE trade meeting project has resulted in a good insight into the energy and environmental sectors including knowledge of optimal marketing and information channels as well as an understanding of the sectors in Denmark. Furthermore close cooperation with many Danish public and private organisations active within these sectors and in particularly with the Innovation Centre for Bioenergy and Environmental Technology (CBMI) and Business Link Mid-Jutland has been build.
Current overall management of the project ‘Corporate Social Responsibility for SMEs has meant that I have delivered several training modules on Corporate Social Responsibility.
