Experts are required for the evaluation of proposals received from the SmartAgriFood & ICT –AGRI joint call.
Experts must have expertise in a t least one of the following three areas:
- ICT Infrastructure; FIWARE technologies
- Application of ICT to the agri-food sector
- Business exploitation potential of the proposals
Evaluations will commence in mid – late November following the closing of the call on 15th November 2014. Evaluations will be carried out online in the ICT–AGRI Meta Knowledge Base, to which the selected evaluators will be granted access to the proposals they are grading and to a simple online evaluation form which they will be required to complete for each application assessed.
Each expert is expected to evaluate between 5 and 10 proposals and each proposal will be evaluated by 3 evaluators covering the area of expertise mentioned above. All evaluators will be required to sign a No Conflict of Interest Declaration. Evaluators will receive remuneration in line with the EC daily rate of €450 per day.
